What customers say

Worth every dollar, on every plan.

★★★★★
Two hundred and forty-nine dollars to avoid hiring an attorney and still walk out of court with a judgment. Not even a close call.

Diego N.

Landlord · Austin, TX · Recovered $3,150

★★★★★
I expected to pay a law firm four figures and wait months. Sue billed me once, a hundred and twenty-nine dollars, and the money was in my account a week later.

Marisol R.

Salon owner · Tampa, FL · Recovered $4,220

★★★★★
Recovered more in one week with Sue than a collections agency got me in nine months. A fraction of the cost.

Common questions

About pricing.

Is this a subscription?
No. Every plan is a single, one-time payment. No monthly fee, no retainer, no hidden charges. What you see on this page is the total cost of your case with Sue.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start with a Demand Letter, and if the other party does not respond, you can upgrade to Small Claims Prep for the difference — $120. Every piece of evidence and case detail carries over.
What is the 24-hour guarantee?
If you are unhappy with your document for any reason before it is mailed or filed, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. We review every request individually.
Do I pay anything extra for postage?
No. USPS Certified Mail with tracking and Return Receipt is included in the Demand Letter price. No hidden delivery fees.
What about court filing fees?
Court filing fees are charged by the clerk and paid by you directly at the time of filing — they are separate from our prep fee. Fees range from about $30 to $75 depending on your county and the amount in dispute. We tell you the exact fee during intake and include the fee-waiver application if you qualify.
Can my employer or business be invoiced?
Yes. For business customers we can send an invoice via ACH or credit card, along with a W-9 if needed. Contact our team and we will set it up.
Do you offer hardship pricing?
Yes. We provide fee waivers for qualifying hardship situations. Contact our team and we will review your case individually. Access to justice should not be paywalled.
